Walter Kouadiakeu is an accomplished professional in the areas of finance, banking, strategy and sales; skilled at developing strong relationships with customers and work teams. He is a leader and motivator, with a passion for sales, coaching and team management.

With over fourteen years of experience as a bank unit manager, he is has demonstrated outstanding sales skills from his experience as a management controller in a commercial company, an analyst and then an account manager at Afriland First Bank, and subsequently as manager of several branches, including Bonamoussadi, Akwa and Bonanjo. He has knowledge of direct financing, structured financing (syndication of bank financing), has successfully participated in the development and profitability of several commercial portfolios at Afriland First Bank. He also has proven skills in risk management with regard to commitments, banking operations, and business development. He has taken part in several advanced seminars in the banking and senior management sectors.

Walter Kouadiakeu holds a Masters in Management Science from the University of Yaoundé II, SOA and a Masters Of Business Administration from the prestigious School of Management Sciences at the University of Quebec in Montreal, UQAM in CANADA. He has also completed several certifications in risk management, leadership, meeting management and structured finance.
